How long will it take for me to receive my package?

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. However, we try our best to ship items as fast as we can.

Normal processing/shipping time is 7-14 business days. Orders are shipped via USPS.

Tracking numbers will be updated 2-4 days after your order has been SHIPPED.

Please note: Beautifully Black Collection is not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect address, or misplaced packages. Please contact USPS for additional information regarding your package.

 

How is sizing?

All t-shirts and hoodies/sweatshirts are unisex, unless otherwise specified. ALL customers are responsible for reading product descriptions and reviewing size charts prior to purchases.

ALL figures and sizes are different. Therefore, sizes are NOT guaranteed. Please see the product description and size chart for each item for reference.

Can I return/exchange?
Due to COVID-19, all items are final sale. We are unable to return or exchange any item for any reason.

If there are any errors on our end, please contact customer service to receive additional information on returns/exchanges. Please be prepared to send a picture of the items you received for our records.

There are no refunds.
Can I cancel my order?
All orders are sent to dispatch immediately after the order is placed. We cannot cancel orders after they are placed. Beautifully Black items are custom made. Please email us with any additional questions at info@beautifullyblackcollection.com
